All appointment services $75 or more requires a major credit card on file. 50% of the credit card will be charged within 24 hours of the appointment. We accept Visa, and Mastercard. Gratuities are greatly appreciated in cash.
Please call in advance if you are expecting to be late. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment may be given away or your service(s) will be shortened. This is to the ensure that our next customer starts on schedule and receives their full length of service(s).
Please contact us within 24 hours to cancel your appointment. If you contact us less than the 24 hour time frame, we will charge your credit card 50% of the services. No shows will be charged for the full service(s). Repeat no shows will require a credit card on file for future appointments.
We do not offer acrylic nails. Regular polish lasts about 3 days. If there is a polish issue, we require clients to come in on the same day the nail service was provided. For issues with shellac, we require clients to come in within 5 days.
